Does ‘may contain’ labelling affect you either because you are allergic yourself or because you buy food for someone who is? If so you will know how unsatisfactory the situation is and will rejoice that the Food Standards Agency are at last hoping to tackle it. But before wading in they are consulting with allergy sufferers and those who make freefrom food – you, dear readers!
So please get involved…
Please, everyone who has any interest in/experience of making, buying or consuming ‘freefrom’ food, take half a hour to read the really excellent consultation pack and take part in the consultation. You will find:
