Following links from Natural News, I have just read two excellent but scary reports in the Guardian by Jessica Aldred (December 2013 and April 2014) on the horrendous mess we are making of the ocean floor by dumping our 6.4 million (yes, 6.4 million) tonnes of rubbish in the sea every year.…
The articles were based on research results arising from the Hermoine Project – a multi-national mapping of the deep ocean’s mountains and valleys – in which much of our 6.4 million tons of rubbish ends up.
