Sunday Times readers may have seen the much respected Joanna Blythman’s ‘exposé’ of gluten free bread yesterday in which she points out, quite rightly, that gluten-free supermarket bread is laden with manufacturing aids – as, of course, are non gluten-free supermarket breads!
