I am afraid that I missed much of the most recent ‘gluten-free diets are the work of the devil’ furore last week as I was focusing on Glasgow and the Allergy show – of which more anon. But, as always, Alex has stepped in and brought his forensic spotlight to bear on what is being claimed….
So for a sensible take on an as yet unpublished work based on studies from 30 years ago which used self reported data, see Allergy Insight – Diabetes and gluten.
